Stay in touch with your customers
With a list of your customers' email addresses and a well thought-out approach to emailshots, you can be sure that you’ll always be top of mind when your customers are next in the market for your products or services.
Timely, relevant email marketing really works
One of our restaurant clients recently sent out an emailshot announcing some new dishes. His large restaurant was completely booked out as a result. For others it’s more of a slow burn approach. Occasional informative emails from a firm of solicitors, for instance, can build trust and awareness: when a client does need a lawyer they’ll remember where to turn.
Don’t overdo it!
No matter how good your relationship with your customers, they probably don't want to hear from you every other day. We recommend sending emailshots no more than every month or two. Keep the emailshots brief and to the point, and make sure they include information that's useful to the customer.
We'll handle everything
We can advise you on the best and legally compliant way to ask your customers for their email addresses so that they'll want to subscribe to your emailshots. We’ll manage the database, including data entry, de-duplication and unsubscribes, and we'll keep everything secure. We’ll help you decide whether to use plain text or full colour graphical templates for your emailshots and when you’re ready to send out an emailshot you can either provide us with the finished copy or we can write something for your approval.
No spam, ever
We comply with the Data Protection Act and follow industry best practice. We can only accept email addresses from you, or collect them on your behalf, if we are certain that the customer has agreed to receive email from you. Every email sent includes a link to unsubscribe and we never sell or pass on email addresses to anyone, ever.
